What types of weddings do you photograph?
We photograph all types of weddings — Indian (North & South Indian), Christian, Muslim, Sikh, Jain, Buddhist, inter-faith, destination weddings, and elopements. Our team has experience with diverse cultures, traditions, and rituals across India and internationally.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking 3-6 months in advance, especially for wedding season (October-March) and destination weddings. However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability — contact us and we'll check our calendar.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely! We love destination weddings. We've shot weddings across India (Goa, Udaipur, Jaipur, Kerala, Coorg, Shimla, Manali) and internationally (Thailand, Bali, Dubai, Maldives, Sri Lanka). Travel and accommodation costs are additional and quoted based on the location.
How many photos will we receive?
The number depends on your package. Our Silver package includes 300+ edited photos, Gold includes 800+, and Platinum includes 1500+ photos. All photos are professionally edited, color-graded, and delivered in high resolution. You also get web-optimized versions for easy sharing on social media.
How long does it take to receive the photos?
We deliver a preview gallery within 48 hours of the wedding. The complete edited gallery is typically delivered within 3-4 weeks. Wedding films and albums take 4-6 weeks. We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work without unnecessary delays.
Can we meet the photographer before booking?
Of course! We offer free consultation calls and in-person meetings at our Mumbai studio. We believe it's important for you to connect with your photographer before making a decision. During the consultation, we'll discuss your vision, timeline, and any special requirements.
Do you offer videography as well?
Yes! Our Gold and Platinum packages include cinematic wedding films. We also offer videography as an add-on service. Our films are cinematic, storytelling-driven, and typically range from 3-7 minutes for highlights, with full ceremony coverage available.
What is your payment policy?
We require a 25% advance payment to confirm your booking. The balance can be paid in installments leading up to your wedding date. We accept bank transfers, UPI, credit/debit cards, and offer zero-cost EMI options on select packages.
Do you provide RAW/unedited photos?
We do not provide RAW/unedited files as part of our standard packages. Every photo we deliver is carefully hand-edited to maintain our signature style and quality. However, if you require RAW files, this can be arranged as a custom add-on at an additional cost.
What happens if you're unavailable on our date?
If our primary team is unavailable, we have a network of equally talented associate photographers who maintain the same quality standards. We'll assign the best available team and ensure you receive the same Dream Capture experience. You can also choose to be placed on our priority waitlist in case of cancellations.
